I bought my car about a month ago, 2015 Kia optima. The day I was in the store to take delivery of my car, the front drivers window rolled down and would not roll up. They told me that day that they would order the part and they would replace it. Well, about a week later they told me they had the part and that I could come pick it up but they would have to schedule to do the repairs. Well, I've yet to be scheduled and every time I call it goes to a voice mail system. I finally was able to get a hold of the sales manager Walt, and I asked when and if they could fix my window. He said "I can't.." Wait, what? Why not Walt? He said that his mechanic quit, well no wonder, when you don't know how to properly run a business it would make sense that no one would want to work for you. I asked if he could out source the repair and again he said "I can't.." Well Sir, one of these days you will no longer be able to make that decision as you won't have a business to run. Absolute horrible way to run a car dealership.
